This log mansion built by Smith Built, Inc. is a project we are proud to be part of. This lodge is a work of art and craftmanship perched atop a hill commanding a 360 degree view of the countryside, including Mt Rainier National Park and of course Mt Rainier itself (which fills in a significant part of the horizon). The organic materials and design elements serves to soothe and relax which is no mean feat given the scale of the house. While rustic by design, it is state of the art inside and out and no expense was spared to insure the utmost quality.
The following pictures show the stone work at various stages of the construction process. We hope to add pictures of the finished project, with the homeowner's permission, in the future.
